Returns and Exchanges 

The terms of return and exchange of goods in our online store/our company are determined by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and are regulated by the relevant norms of civil and commercial law. If you want to return or exchange goods, you should familiarize yourself with the terms established by our store/our company.

 

 

Return conditions

According to the legislation of Ukraine, the buyer has the right to return goods of proper or improper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. 

 

In this case, our store will fully refund the cost of the product. However, if your item is not covered by the return regulations, it cannot be returned. It is not possible to exchange personal hygiene products, fabrics, food products, medicines, printed materials, and similar items. Our online store does not accept returns of such products / accepts returns of products. For clarification of details, we recommend contacting our manager. 

 

 

Exchange Conditions

If the product turns out to be defective or does not match the stated characteristics, the buyer has the right to replace the product with an identical one. Alternatively, it is possible to receive a full refund for the product and compensation for delivery costs during the exchange. The replacement period is number days. Our products can be exchanged, but you must provide proof to the manager and specify the reason for return. /Our products cannot be exchanged because underwear does not fall under the category regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”. 

 

If the product does not fit your size/does not match the description/is faulty, you can return it to our store. We recommend reviewing the delivery payment terms listed below.

Delivery Payment 

Our online store/company offers several options for returning or exchanging goods:

  • Paid by the buyer.
  • Paid by our company/online store.


  • Paid by the buyer.

The buyer pays for delivery when returning or exchanging the product if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date. The buyer also pays for delivery to our office if the product is functional but the customer still wishes to return it for any reason. 

 

You can return the product within the warranty period if it has any defects or is malfunctioning. The warranty period is the time during which your product is subject to repair or replacement. Specialists will inspect the product, after which we will choose a refund or replacement option.


  • Paid by the store/company

The store covers delivery costs for returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If the product does not fit in size, is defective, or has manufacturing flaws, we will fully cover all delivery-related expenses. However, this applies only to products regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

 

 

Mandatory conditions for return or exchange

A customer returning or exchanging a product must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation);
  • Warranty card;
  • The product must have a presentable appearance with no signs of use;
  • The original box and product instructions.
